Common questions

It's priced per user, per month, plus VAT: £150 for a single dashboard (Wholesale or Grocery) or £280 for both. You pay for the seats you have, and each user is assigned only the dashboard(s) they need — so a user who only uses Wholesale is £150, while a user who needs both is £280. Add a seat any time (charged when you add it); removing a seat takes effect at the end of the following month. Swapping one user for another within your existing seats is free.

Yes. For teams of 10+ users, or if you'd rather be invoiced against a contract or purchase order (annual or one-off), get in touch and we'll set you up on an invoiced enterprise plan with volume pricing.

Yes. Your account admin can cancel an individual user's seat or the whole plan from Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the following month — you keep access until then, and the bill drops accordingly. You can undo a scheduled cancellation any time before the end date.

Yes — that's the model. Each user gets their own login. An admin invites colleagues from the dashboard's admin page, assigns each person the dashboard(s) they need (Wholesale, Grocery, or both) and controls which customers each can edit. Access to each dashboard is enforced by what's been purchased and assigned — not just hidden in the menu. Every organisation's data is fully isolated from every other organisation's.

Yes. Data is held in a UK / EU-region Postgres database with Row-Level Security, so each organisation can only ever read its own data — a separation we verify with automated tests. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, passwords are hashed via Supabase Auth, and every change to a forecast is recorded in an audit log. SOC 2 Type II is in progress.

Your data remains accessible until your cancellation takes effect so you can export anything you need (forecasts and change log export to CSV at any time). After the account closes, data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.
