Common Questions

Yes. All data is stored in an EU-region Supabase Postgres database with Row-Level Security enabled. This means your data is completely isolated from all other users — it is technically impossible for another subscriber to access your records. File uploads are stored in private, per-user buckets with signed URLs only. We never use public URLs for user data. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt via Supabase Auth — we never store plaintext passwords.
Yes — cancel any time from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that. Annual plan cancellations are effective at the end of the annual period. We do not offer partial-year refunds, but we'll always do right by you — contact us if you have a specific situation.
Starter accounts are for individual use (one login). Pro accounts allow up to 3 users on the same subscription, each with their own login and isolated data. For larger teams, contact us about an Enterprise plan — we can scope multi-user access with shared dashboards and appropriate access controls.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the pro-rata difference for the remainder of your current billing period. Your data, overrides, and change log are all retained on upgrade — nothing is lost.
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export anything you need. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements. You can export your forecasts, change log, and promo plans as CSV/Excel at any time from within the dashboard.
